Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design, implement, and operate supply chain planning solutions and strategies utilizing SAP S/4, Kinaxis Rapid Response, and IBP that align with the company's supply chain goals/needs.</li><li>Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect, design, build, manage, and operate solution delivering business value.</li><li>Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, understand, and share requirements as necessary to architect, design, and implement solutions.</li><li>Develop and maintain solution architecture documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and other technical documentation.</li><li>Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during the implementation of supply chain planning solutions.</li><li>Ensure that solutions are scalable, reliable, and maintainable while adhering to applicable policies and procedures.</li><li>Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in the supply chain planning solution space. Recommend complementary and/or new solutions as appropriate.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience Required:<ul><li>10+ years of experience in an information technology related field delivering and supporting supply chain planning, with at least 5 years focused on solution architecture and implementation.</li><li>Exceptional understanding of supply chain planning processes including demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, production planning, and S&amp;OP including statistical forecasting MRP, allocation, scheduling, and constraint planning.</li><li>Demonstrated experience with configuration of workbooks, key figures, master data, and planning parameters along with heuristic and optimized planning algorithms.</li><li>Demonstrated subject matter expertise in SAP S/4, Oracle EBS or equivalent ERP system and Kinaxis Rapid Response, SAP IBP, or equivalent planning system.</li><li>Demonstrated success in designing, delivering, and supporting integrated planning solutions using disparate technologies.</li><li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.</li><li>Excellent project management and organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>Ideal Candidates Would Also Have:<ul><li>Experience working internationally with a globally dispersed team including management of offshore technical development team(s).</li><li>Exceptional understanding of supply chain planning processes related to capacity and material allocation in a constrained environment.</li><li>Exposure to data integration approaches and technologies connecting SAP S/4 with and other non-SAP systems.</li><li>Prior experience working in a global life sciences supply chain planning environment.</li><li>Prior experience working in a supply chain planning environment supporting Cell Therapy.</li></ul>#LI-Hybrid If you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn't perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
