Job Summary

The Barnstable Brown Diabetes Center is currently seeking an Administrative Operations Coordinator to provide high-level executive support to the Director and the administration team.

This individual will manage schedules, and coordinate meetings and other activities, provide high-level professional support, and assist with managing the flow of information from the Center. Will interact frequently with senior leadership. The successful candidate will develop effective working relationships with peers, supervisors and leaders to achieve desired outcomes.

This is a fast-paced environment requiring the ability to manage multiple detailed tasks while providing professional support and service.





Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

The successful candidate will have the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, exceptional customer service, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail. Must also be comfortable with Zoom, Teams, Qualtrics, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
