As the sales associate, you will meet and greet visitors into the shop to inform them about shopSCAD artists and the university. Responsibilities will include processing sales and special orders, assisting in opening and closing procedures, and straightening and restocking inventory. The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent communications skills and a professional and friendly demeanor
Preferred Qualifications:
- Positive SCAD graduate with retail experience
Travel required:
- Less than 10%
Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
