Job Summary
This position is critical to ensure efficient clinic operations for onsite and integrated clinics and associated outreach.Will be responsible for supervision of all registration and scheduling coordination staff. Work with all staff to assess, plan, and implement clinic operations to ensure optimum patient experience.
This position will provide administrative and clinical support while focusing on customer service and a positive patient experience.Part of the role as a patient services coordinator – senior will include directly supervises the Neurosurgery-Spine patient services coordinator team.
The Patient Services Coordinator, Senior will be responsible for Patient Service Coordinator training, assignment of duties, cross coverage, and outreach clinics. The right applicant must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and represent the team in a professional manner.

Preferred Education/Experience
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience. Experience with medical front office tasks such as registration, scheduling, and customer service. Leadership or supervision experience is preferred but not required.
