Job Summary
This position’s primary focus is to complete a Nuclear Medicine procedure/therapy in a safe, efficient manner according to departmental, hospital, state, and federal guidelines.
An experienced Nuclear Technologist is necessary to manage patient throughput, quality control, inventory, equipment evaluation and calibration, billing accuracy and regulatory compliance. This position will be responsible for executing diagnostic studies and interventional procedures by following unit policies/procedures for radiation safety, patient safety, radiopharmaceutical administration, QA, and imaging.
New Starting Pay Rate – The starting pay for this position was recently adjusted based on current demand for this role. The minimum hourly rate for this position will now be $31.14/hour. All pay rates will be based on candidate’s experience.
