What Will You Do?
As our Marketing and Outreach Coordinator, you will:
- Connect with the Community: Build and maintain relationships with key referral sources, generating new referrals and reconnecting with past clients.
- Champion Our Services: Provide current information on our exceptional home health and hospice services to referral sources.
- Achieve Sales Goals: Work towards individual sales and volume goals set by the Director of Outreach, driving the growth of our programs.
- Facilitate Client Referrals: Coordinate and manage client intake, including pre-admission reviews and obtaining necessary physician orders.
- Address Community Needs: Identify and respond to the needs of community seniors through education and program services.
What Do You Need for This Role?
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent, or Registered Nurse/LPN.
- Experience: At least one year of experience in a home health/hospice work environment. Marketing experience, particularly in home health/hospice, is preferred.
- Sales Skills: Two years of sales experience, preferably in home health/hospice, desired.
- Licensing: Valid Virginia state driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Driving Record.
