The American Association for Justice (AAJ) is seeking a Policy Counsel for its Public Affairs department.AAJ works to preserve the constitutional right to trial by jury and to make sure people have a fair chance to seek justice when they are injured by the negligence or misconduct of otherseven when it means taking on the most powerful corporations.The Policy Counsel provides legal, legislative, and policy research in support of AAJ’s advocacy programs. Conducts analysis of state legislation, assists with federal regulatory programs, and supports AAJ’s state and federal advocacy efforts. The role will support a Product Director and/or Manager in the ideation and development of various servicing, enrollment, and marketing journeys across our Messaging components within the Enterprise Website that helps shape the future of these core user experiences to be best in class. With an outcome-first approach, this Senior APM will work with team to help drive our core strategic goals to increase customer satisfaction, engagement, digital adoption, and revenue contribution across various Messaging journeys at the customer-level, specifically the Web Secure Message Center.The successful candidate will have experience managing digital initiatives and will collaborate with a team of product managers, engineers, designers, UX researchers, and data analysts to drive our key goals.
