Corporate Access is a team of experienced professionals within Equities responsible for building relationships with corporate leadership to make connections in the investment community through our sales team .

As a Corporate Access Associate, you will:
  • Manage daily corporate access work flow including: internal communications, corporate meeting itineraries, investor information, client proposals, etc.
  • Research and compile data for internal and external use, including market and shareholder analysis, client data and logistic alternatives.
  • Partner with sales and research to confirm meetings between corporate clients and investors for corporate access activities (NDRs, Conferences, Field Trips, Company Visits, Dinners, etc).
  • Drive results within team by communicating team priorities and objectives. Manage team projects from start to finish and facilitate execution and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with associates in Corporate Access, Conference Services, Sales, Trading, Research and the Equity Capital Markets Desk.
  • In partnership with team, maintain and enhance external relationships from a corporate access perspective.
  • Manage scheduling and confirmation of logistics; includes preparing detailed itineraries, arranging air travel, hotels, food & beverage, group events, car service, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What we look for:
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1-5 years' experience performing sales support and/or client service functions. Industry experience helpful. Series 7 and 63 are a plus.
  • Strong problem solving ability. Resourceful and resilient in creating a solution.
  • Exceptional organizational skills - is consistent, dependable and accurate. Ability to prioritize daily workflow to effectively meet deadlines and drive results.
  • Exceptional communication skills - ability to effectively exchange ideas and information or influence others with a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to manage projects from start to finish; including influencing activities to produce a result and leading events.
  • Must be detail oriented and recognize errors in numbers, spelling, grammar and punctuation. Must demonstrate good follow-through skills to ensure a successful end result.
  • Strong team player mentality- willing to pitch in and help other team members and leaders as necessary. Flexible, highly adaptable and proactive. Positive attitude.
  • Ability to tolerate peak workloads, to deal with constant interruptions and to maintain flexibility and composure in a high volume, high-intensity environment.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent PC skills -Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience utilizing pivot tables is helpful
